Role Overview
As an Outside Sales Account Manager for the Hospitality division, you will be responsible for an established portfolio of accounts to maintain and drive Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) sales. The position has consistent day travel in the territory to see customers. The territory covers South Nashville, TN.
What You Will Do
Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in core and emerging industries and markets to meet yearly sales goals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires operation of a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
Requirements
- Direct sales to Hospitality customers.
- 3 or more years business to business (B2B) sales experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Organizational skills and tech-savvy.
- CRM experience- Salesforce or other
- Knowledge in facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines.
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling.
- Able to develop call plans and proactively develop new business.
- Able to learn new techniques and open to new ideas.
- Must reside within the territory
- Bilingual is a plus
