Role Overview
As a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead, you will serve as the central lead for complex, top-line/high-value pursuits and the development of new service area or geographic-focused campaigns. You will collaborate closely with technical leaders, business developers, marketing professionals, and executive leadership to develop winning strategies and compelling client-focused submissions.

Partner with corporate, business group, market sector, and operations leadership in leading cross-business campaigns and associated top-line pursuits in support of company growth focus areas by developing and executing the best strategy to realize maximum profitability potential.

Requirements
- 15 years’ experience in leadership and management of diverse business development teams in the A/E industry
- Global business development, pursuit and/or campaign experience
- Demonstrated broad A/E industry experience related to identifying growth trends and aligning strategy with client development, project management, and marketing and communication tactics
- Workflow creation, evaluation and evolution
- Dynamic communication skills to present new ideas, challenge norms, build trust, and collaborate across the global enterprise
- Awareness of macro-economic trends affecting our industry and HDR enterprise
- Consensus building, collaborative leadership-style. Entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated experience working cooperatively across Market Sector Directors, Business Class Directors, Regional Business Group Directors, Area Business Group Managers, Area Business Group Business Development Managers, Managing Principals, and Area Managers
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, political science, engineering, architecture, business or similar field
- Ability to interact with diverse teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) and listening skills
- Strong skills in client development and a documented history of growing/leading a practice and winning work
- Ability to analyze the marketplace and strategically position HDR
