Role Overview
The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, investigating payroll issues, and building relationships with payroll suppliers. The person will also look for opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve processes, and support key P&C processes to create a smooth, positive employee experience.

Requirements
- Experience in HR or P&C Operations
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Workday, ADP, or another payroll provider
- Knowledge of German or another European language
