Your future job at HiPay

Also called “SalesOps”, this team handles the onboarding of new merchants and supports them during the administrative phase to facilitate integration.

In connection with all departments (Risk, Legal, Sales, IT, etc.), the Sales Operations Manager orchestrates onboarding smoothly by ensuring coordination of steps and collection of key information.

Your role:

• Guide merchants (by phone/email) throughout the integration process
• Ensure optimal follow-up of various ongoing administrative files while respecting deadlines
• Coordinate different internal contacts (IT, Fraud, Legal, etc.)
• Centralize merchant information and distribute it internally
• Support Business Development teams
