Role Overview
The Business Development & Operations Specialist plays a key role in growing and supporting our commercial janitorial business. This position combines business development with account management and operational support to drive new client acquisition while ensuring exceptional service delivery for existing commercial accounts.
What You Will Do
Identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities, generate leads, conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close new business opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, coordinate daily service operations, and address customer concerns.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or customer relationship management
- Experience within the commercial cleaning, facilities management, or business services industry is preferred
- Previous operations or service management experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
