Role Overview
The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing strategy and brand direction of the organization, driving market presence, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple channels. The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution in brand management, digital marketing, market intelligence, and event activations.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, lead brand management initiatives, drive market research and consumer insight activities, oversee digital marketing campaigns, plan and manage events and activations, collaborate with sales and commercial teams, and manage relationships with external agencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
- At least 15+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience handling automotive supplies, batteries, or other related industrial products
- Strong background in market research, consumer insights, and translating market data into actionable business strategies
- Proven experience in digital marketing initiatives
- Extensive exposure in handling events and activations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and strategic planning capabilities
