Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will seek out and engage ‘good fit’ companies through strategic prospecting, generating new interest through calls, emails, and social media messaging. You will work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
What You Will Do
Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads, schedule online product demonstrations, and understand customers’ needs and challenges using sales methodologies. Carry out market research to broaden the customer base of HubSpot.

Requirements
- Desire and commitment to be in Tech Sales
- Sales/prospecting experience (not required but a plus)
- Fluency in English and any East or Central European language (Proficiency in Polish is preferred)
- Sharp focus on goals and strong approach to achieving them
- Ability to deal with and address objections, and be open to being coached
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry
