Role Overview
The Value Management & Financial Operations Lead will lead financial operations, budget planning, forecasting, value management, and investment evaluation activities that support executive decision-making and strategic portfolio governance. This role will partner across business, technology, finance, and operational teams to identify opportunities, quantify value, evaluate investment decisions, and monitor realization of expected outcomes.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will establish portfolio-level reporting and scorecards, monitor expected versus realized value, identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance, and provide recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of healthcare, finance, operations, strategy, or portfolio management experience
- 5+ years of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations experience
- Experience developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
- Experience analyzing and communicating financial and operational performance metrics
- Experience leading highly complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
