Data Analyst – Multi Account Specialist

Support reporting and data analysis activities in Customer Service, provide backup for Account Specialist, and perform data analysis, reporting, and key performance indicators to customers and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge)
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to type 40 wpm
• Experience with IBM AS400 systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
