Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join ICAP CRIF, a leading credit risk and business information solutions company in Southeastern Europe. The role involves communicating with customers to promote corporate products and services, executing advertising, and building customer relationships.

Requirements

• BSc/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• Previous experience in Sales or Advertising (asset)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
• Basic knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Customer-focused approach with result-oriented mindset
