Salesforce Administrator – Assistant Vice President

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will take hands-on ownership of the Salesforce estate, spanning multiple organizations, and drive platform stability, data quality, and commercial capability. The role requires someone comfortable walking into complexity, assessing it clearly, and building solutions that last.

What You Will Do

Support daily Salesforce operations, lead the assessment and enhancement of Salesforce configuration, gather and translate business requirements, configure standard Salesforce tools, manage user and license administration, and troubleshoot and fix bugs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or integrated platforms is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud or integrated platforms such as HubSpot, Cvent, or Tableau is strongly preferred
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs, including environments with limited existing documentation
• Familiar with financial services, fintech, or alternative investments is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Able to document processes and contribute to internal knowledge management
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
