Role Overview
We are a leading and rapidly growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to delivering life-changing outcomes for individuals with autism and their families. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads and build strong relationships with families and local organizations to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include lead generation and prospecting, salesforce and pipeline management, territory development, event strategy and execution, and collaboration and reporting.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
