Role Overview
Join our mission to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads and build strong relationships with families and local organizations.
What You Will Do
Lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management. Conduct outbound outreach, execute a consistent weekly prospecting plan, and qualify and document lead potential.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
