Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads and build strong relationships with families and local organizations to join our mission to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy. You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions to ensure aligned messaging and effective lead handoffs.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include lead generation and prospecting, Salesforce and pipeline management, territory development, event strategy and execution, and collaboration and reporting.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
