Role Overview
Join our mission to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads and build strong relationships with families and local organizations.
What You Will Do
Lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with prospective referral sources, including pediatricians, school counselors, therapists, daycare directors, and nonprofit leaders.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
- Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
