Team Lead, Product Operations, Reference Data

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. The team leader will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis, and will be the contact point for all team members.

What You Will Do

As a team leader, you will be responsible for end-to-end reference data delivery, overseeing creation, validation, and maintenance of reference data, and ensuring high-quality data delivery to downstream consumers.

You should have 8+ years of experience in Equity Operations, Reference/Instrument Data, Securities Services, or Trade lifecycle or post-trade operations, and 2+ years in a people-management or lead role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Statistics/Engineering
• 8+ years experience in Equity Operations, Reference/Instrument Data, Securities Services, or Trade lifecycle or post-trade operations
• 2+ years in a people-management or lead role
• Strong exposure to Equity instruments, corporate actions impact on static data, and market identifiers
• Equity & Reference Data Knowledge, end-to-end instrument data lifecycle, market data sourcing & validation, experience with corporate actions, listings, suspensions
• Operational risk, data quality controls, audit & regulatory readiness, proven people leadership, coaching, mentoring, attrition management, handling multi-cultural teams, stakeholder management, clear communication with global counterparts, process improvement & automation mindset
