Senior Director, Billing Operations

Help shape the financial engine behind some of the most recognized automotive media brands as Senior Director, Billing Operations at Hearst Magazines. This role involves leading end-to-end billing operations, partnering with Finance on monthly close activities, and ensuring seamless integration between MS Dynamics billing platform and Oracle financial systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, financial operations, or related fields
• Strong expertise in digital advertising billing models
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
