Senior Account Manager – OES

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to take ownership of a key relationship with one of our OEM partners and drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales, 5+ years in account management, and 8+ years in the automotive industry.
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive lubricants and how they serve dealership fixed operations.
  • Proven success developing sales strategies, leading direct reports, managing complex negotiations, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
