Role Overview
As a Sales Manager for the refractory market, you will be responsible for managing customers and prospects, driving business and market development, and participating in the development of the commercial strategy for your perimeter. You will be an enabler of Commercial Excellence Imerys policies and tools to the Sales Team organization within Americas.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include driving aggressive business growth, leading generation, and market expansion within the US/North American Refractory business segments. You will also take full ownership of the customer lifecycle by actively managing a diverse portfolio of major accounts, midsize clients, and new prospects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales and account management, exposure to CRM tools, and business acumen and technical appetite. You will also need to be able to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a sales person
- Proven track record sales & account Management
- Exposure to CRM tools
- Refractory market knowledge is a plus
- Refractory Industry technical background is a plus
