Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview

As an Assistant Sales Manager at Impact RTO, you will step into a role built around developing you for Store Manager. You will run the day-to-day alongside your Store Manager, with real ownership over results.

What You Will Do

You will assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile, drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targets, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience
• Valid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 year
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
