Marketing Events Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Events Manager will play a key role in elevating the Impiricus brand through the planning and execution of high-impact pharma and industry conferences, sponsorships, and client-facing experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure every event is thoughtfully planned, executed seamlessly, and aligned with broader commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in event marketing, conference management, or corporate event management
• Proven success managing multiple complex events, sponsorships, and event programs simultaneously
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
• Experience using project management, marketing and event tools (Asana, Cvent, Hubspot, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing vendors, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
