National Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department, including sales, personnel, and operations. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• BS degree in Business Management or similar discipline
• At least five years of experience in a sales driven environment
• Demonstrated experience managing people with a positive and motivating style
• Experience working in or managing inside salespeople in a call center type environment
• Experience establishing and maintaining metrics and analytics to track success, shortages and trends
• Experience in HDPE and/or related pipeline industry is preferred
