Sales Planning & Compensation Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Compensation & Planning Analyst will support the design, implementation, and administration of sales compensation programs and planning processes. This role focuses on process execution, and operational support to ensure accurate compensation calculations and effective sales planning.

What You Will Do

The position will provide analytical support to sales leadership while maintaining compensation systems and contributing to planning initiatives under senior guidance. Hands on experience working with Xactly and SQL is critical.

• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
• Knowledge of Xactly or equivalent compensation software
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data extraction
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Understanding of database concepts and data management
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
