Data Operations Professional

The Data Operations Professional role supports operational delivery of data quality services by combining subject matter expertise with execution capabilities within ING Hubs Philippines. The role executes data quality controls, monitoring, and remediation processes efficiently and consistently across domains, enabling trusted and compliant data at scale.

Requirements

• Deliver the tracking and monitoring of data quality indicators across the bank through data quality reports and dashboards in compliance with ING’s data quality framework.
• Perform root cause analysis on prioritized data quality issues to determine appropriate fix forward and fix backward actions or remediation plans.
• Work with key stakeholders to align expected turnaround times for remediation, gaining approval for suggested remediation actions, and coordinating the appropriate action with the teams that are responsible for executing those actions and monitor remediation actions till closure.
