Role Overview
At Cabify Logistics, they are building the most reliable and efficient urban delivery platform in LATAM. As Growth Manager, you will serve as the bridge between operational execution and commercial scalability, leading the planning, coordination, and strategic initiatives required to grow the business while ensuring healthy unit economics and effective monetization.
What You Will Do
Design scalable acquisition channels for drivers and users, define and execute go-to-market strategies for new business models and verticals, align growth initiatives with profitability and monetization objectives, and lead cross-functional coordination for launches, pricing strategies, and investment planning.
