Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the InnerPlant sales team and with sales channel partners to drive efficiency, repeatability and accountability in our sales processes. The role will be responsible for improving the functionality of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and developing metrics and reporting to improve sales results.
What You Will Do
Leverage technology to improve and optimize our sales tools and CRM, build reporting systems, dashboards and metrics, and partner with internal teams and external sales channel partners to utilize sales tools effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or a related field
- At least four years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role
- Demonstrated ownership of CRM administration and reporting in a growing sales organization
- Track record of building dashboards, playbooks, or process improvements that measurably improved sales productivity or forecast accuracy
