Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Innomotics. The role involves implementing sales strategy, guidelines, and targets in the country to increase sales and achieve financial goals.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing business plans, meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial automation, drives, or motor industry. Technical proficiency in English is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development
  • Experience with integrated drive solutions and motor-driven applications
  • Knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and strategic account management
  • Technical proficiency in English – Advanced Level
