IT Data Analyst Sr (SLA Reporting and PowerBI)

IT Data Analyst Sr will collect, analyze, and interpret service desk data to identify trends, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, automating reporting processes, and coordinating program operations. As an IT Data Analyst Sr, you will get to analyze ServiceNow ticket data, support financial management, and work with IT support operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Business Administration
• 4+ years of experience in IT data analysis and reporting
• 3+ years of program or project coordination in IT support operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Knowledge and understanding of Service Desk/ IT Operations
