Vice President, FP&A & Financial Transformation

Role Overview

The Vice President, FP&A & Financial Transformation will build and run the FP&A function, taking the company’s AI-forward finance capability to the next generation. The role will own the company-wide budget and forecast, present directly to the Board, and partner closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of FP&A/finance experience in biotech or life sciences, including owning a full planning cycle end to end.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis, building and automating finance systems, and partnering with Accounting to support the business. The role will also involve leading the FP&A team, presenting to the Board and Audit Committee, and keeping the internal plan and external financial narrative consistent.

Requirements

• 12+ years of FP&A/finance experience in biotech or life sciences
• proven tenure in owning a full planning cycle end to end
• experience presenting at the Board and Audit Committee level
• public-company experience with SEC reporting cycles and guidance-setting
• hands-on experience with an enterprise planning platform
• strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM or equivalent
• strong modeling and presentation skills in Excel, think-cell, and Google Workspace
• AI at team scale experience
• experience leading finance teams
