Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise Software to drive revenue growth, build enterprise client relationships, and close high-value deals within insurance and financial services sectors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development
  • Proven experience in closing high-value enterprise deals and expanding new markets
  • Experience working across international markets (Asia, Africa, or similar regions)
  • Strong expertise in enterprise software sales and consultative selling
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of insurance, fintech, or enterprise technology solutions
