Email Marketing Specialist (On-Site)

Role Overview

As an Email Retention Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our customer retention and lifecycle strategies. You’ll own the end-to-end execution of high-impact email and SMS campaigns, crafting personalized customer journeys that build lasting brand loyalty and boost Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

What You Will Do

You’ll turn data insights into innovative customer experiences while ensuring flawless execution, QA, and regulatory compliance. You’ll also oversee the QA process to ensure all campaigns are error-free and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of experience in retention/lifecycle/CRM marketing, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environment
• Experience supporting or managing lifecycle journeys/flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, winback, abandonment, etc.)
• Familiarity with subscription and/or loyalty programs preferred
• Experience with ESP/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Exponea (or similar)
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals related to analysis, testing, optimization, and performance measurement
• Strong project management skills and comfort working cross-functionally
