Manager Finance and Sales Operations

Role Overview

The Iberia FSO Manager acts as the trusted advisor and strategy development partner of Iberia Senior Leadership. With the support of a local analyst, he/she develops insights to guide senior executives, accelerate growth, and enhance commercial execution.

What You Will Do

Provide analytical insights to the leadership to drive performance, develop board-level presentation materials for executive leadership, and deliver on Sales Operations and FP&A activities and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred, ideally in business, economics)
• 10+ years’ experience including 3-5 years of relevant work experience across strategic planning and P&L management
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinker, and ability to master our business model
• Proven experience in developing, coaching, and training a team
• Profound analytical skills. Ability to discern insights from data analysis and simplify the complex
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances
• Support and prioritize concurrent deliverables
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and developing ability to present, articulate, and defend analyses, diplomatically, on a routine basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, including the ability to interact with executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrix organization and rallying disparate groups
