Role Overview

The Sales Compensation Analyst will be a member of the team responsible for administering the end-to-end compensation process for the Intuitive Surgical global sales organization.

What You Will Do

The role will involve working with the compensation system, analyzing compensation performance trends, performing financial analysis, training new sales hires, and fielding compensation queries from the sales force.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing, administering and driving complex compensation programs for rapidly growing and international businesses
  • Knowledge of Incentive systems, financial systems, and business application databases
  • Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization software
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments and administering complex programs
  • Experience with Sales Compensation platforms such as Varicent, Xactly, Anaplan, or similar systems
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, and process optimization
  • Strong Excel skills are a necessity (pivot tables, complex formulas, and Lookup functions)
