Manager, FP&A – AI Enablement

Role Overview

As the Manager, FP&A – AI Enablement, you will lead the strategy, testing, and scaling of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital productivity tools across the Finance and FP&A departments.

What You Will Do

You will identify high-impact AI use cases, partner with Global IT and finance leadership, and establish responsible AI guardrails to streamline financial close, forecasting, reporting, and data consolidation workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying AI, machine learning, or RPA tooling in a business or finance context
• Familiarity with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, Workday) and cloud AI platforms
• Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical financial leaders
• Proven project management and change-leadership capabilities
