Role Overview
Manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives in Portland, OR, driving sales revenue and developing a team-oriented culture. The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales process and sales implementation, as well as recruiting, hiring, team development, and performance management.
What You Will Do
Facilitate a collaborative team culture, manage sales revenue, participate in training, execute performance plans, and manage cancelled projects. Participate in ride-alongs with team members and develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales (outside sales, in-home sales or home improvement sales preferred)
- 5 years in Sales Leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
