Role Overview
Manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives in Raleigh, NC, driving sales revenue and developing a team-oriented culture. The Sr. Sales Manager is responsible for day-to-day sales process and sales implementation, team development, and performance management.
What You Will Do
Facilitate a collaborative team culture, manage sales revenue, participate in training, and execute performance plans to cultivate team growth. Participate in ride-alongs, manage cancelled projects, and complete calls to save customers.
