Brand Manager – Performance Marketing role at Pilgrim’s responsible for driving performance of paid media investment and ensuring agency partners deliver against business objectives.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or related fields
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic)
- Experience managing and directing agency partners, not just receiving reports
- Proven ability to identify performance issues and drive optimization
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics or similar tools)
- Ability to translate data into clear business actions and recommendations
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- CPG experience is a plus, not required
