Brand Manager – Performance Marketing

Brand Manager – Performance Marketing role at Pilgrim’s responsible for driving performance of paid media investment and ensuring agency partners deliver against business objectives.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic)
  • Experience managing and directing agency partners, not just receiving reports
  • Proven ability to identify performance issues and drive optimization
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics or similar tools)
  • Ability to translate data into clear business actions and recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • CPG experience is a plus, not required
