Role Overview
The Commercial Programs team supports JetBrains’ commercial growth and strategic initiatives. The team operates at the intersection of monetization and pricing strategy, industry and customer segment development, go-to-market, and cross-functional strategic project execution.
What You Will Do
Analyze commercial performance data and market signals, drive cross-functional initiatives, and help design commercial programs that improve how JetBrains monetizes products and serves customers across segments and regions.

Requirements
- Experience in business development, commercial strategy, management consulting, product strategy, revenue operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with commercial and product data
- A proven track record of leading or driving cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
- A solid understanding of basic pricing, packaging, and monetization concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Experience in software, developer tools, or technology companies is a strong advantage
