We’re hiring two People Operations Specialists to join our People Services team within Data Solutions. As frontline support for employees, you’ll handle a large volume of tickets and requests daily, maintain exceptional accuracy, and provide employee-facing support.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- East Coast based (or clearly aligned to East Coast screening constraint)
- Startup and/or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to move quickly with high accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and communication in a high-volume environment
- Comfort working extensively with spreadsheets and data sets
- Process improvement mindset and interest in automation/AI-enabled workflow improvements
- High-volume support experience (ticketing preferred)
- Demonstrated precision in repetitive operational work
- Comfort with spreadsheets and datasets
