Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of cloud innovation, enterprise sales, and AI-driven customer transformation, with a strong focus on AWS ecosystem solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships across existing accounts in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
What You Will Do
Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts within the AWS ecosystem and contact center space. Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including complex enterprise-level deals.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, preferably within AWS or cloud ecosystems
- Proven experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of AWS solutions, ideally including Amazon Connect or contact center technologies
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Experience working with channel partners and strategic alliances (AWS preferred)
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (top performance level preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
