Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead business growth within the dynamic coffee and beverage sector. The role combines strategic account management with new business development, offering the chance to influence market expansion across multiple channels.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and other key industry stakeholders, and manage and grow existing customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial sales experience within the liquid coffee industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in product development and a strong understanding of building and scaling white-label beverage programs
  • Established relationships with purchasing professionals, category managers, office coffee service providers, and other key industry contacts
  • Proven track record of generating new business, negotiating agreements, and successfully closing deals
  • Strong business development, account management, and strategic sales planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% as required
