Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting within IT services, technology solutions, or outsourcing environments
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. market with an established network of relationships across mid-sized and large enterprises
  • Proven experience working with clients in the Life Sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare organizations
  • Experience selling or supporting Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva platforms, or similar enterprise technology solutions
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences commercial processes, including CRM platforms, healthcare professional engagement, and compliance-driven workflows
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, develop strategic opportunities, and consistently achieve business targets
