Role Overview

This role is focused on driving strategic growth across key retail chain accounts within a highly competitive beverage industry. The Chain Account Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers across multi-level retail organizations.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage strong relationships with retail buyers, decision-makers, distributor chain teams, and key store-level contacts to ensure strong account engagement and execution. Design, implement, and execute annual chain account business plans aligned with revenue, distribution, and profitability targets per customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or a related commercial role
  • Strong understanding of MS Office tools
  • Experience working with syndicated and consumer data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Experience interpreting sales reports, performance metrics, and business trends
  • High level of organizational discipline, accountability, and responsiveness in customer and internal communications
