Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in financial operations, business operations, accounting workflows, or startup/back-office environments
• Strong understanding of payroll, AP/AR, billing, or related financial processes
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage complex workflows end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, structured recommendations
• Strong analytical ability to process and prioritize large volumes of unstructured data
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and deliver accurate outputs under minimal supervision
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Comfort working in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and client-facing contexts
• Experience with accounting or financial software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Bill.com, Stripe, or similar)
