Data Engineer (AI Ready Data Platforms)

Role Overview

Develop end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and serving of curated, labeled, and contextualized datasets. Implement robust data governance, lineage, metadata, and quality frameworks to ensure trust, compliance, and reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform development, or architecture roles
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern data ecosystems
• Experience building and supporting AI/ML data pipelines, including feature stores and model lifecycle workflows
• Hands-on experience with large language model (LLM) data pipelines and AI data preparation
• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, security, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with scalable distributed data systems in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with semantic search, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts
• Exposure to data mesh or domain-oriented architecture is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments
