Role Overview
This role combines strong design skills with data-informed thinking, allowing you to learn and apply conversion optimization principles. You will create high-performing email campaigns, landing pages, and A/B test variations that directly impact revenue growth for eCommerce brands.
What You Will Do
Design high-converting landing pages, create A/B test design variations, develop marketing email designs, and translate CRO strategies into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions.

Requirements
- Talented designer with experience creating marketing assets
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows
- Previous experience designing marketing emails with a focus on engagement and performance
- Experience designing for eCommerce brands, preferably within Shopify environments
- Understanding of conversion-focused design principles, user behavior, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with marketing emails, landing pages, or other performance-driven digital experiences
