Role Overview
This role is focused on driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through high-impact B2B marketing strategies in the supply chain technology space. You will design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs targeting enterprise and mid-market buyers, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and account-based strategies.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute end-to-end growth and demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing programs, including paid search, display, email, SEO, and marketing automation.

Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B technology environment
- Proven track record of driving significant year-over-year growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Experience marketing complex SaaS or enterprise solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, funnel optimization, and performance analytics
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency and campaign outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and interpreting marketing performance data
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with sales teams
