Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent operations
- Strong sourcing expertise, particularly using LinkedIn and other professional discovery platforms
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools
- Strong ability to build relationships and networks within professional communities or academic institutions
