Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Lead and scale influencer marketing initiatives within a fast-growing consumer brand operating across Europe. Own the entire creator partnership lifecycle, from talent sourcing and relationship building to campaign execution and performance analysis.

Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, identify and recruit creators, develop campaign briefs, and monitor performance using key metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field
• Previous experience in a high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or performance-focused consumer business environment
• Strong expertise in managing influencer campaigns from strategy and talent acquisition through reporting and optimization
• Experience with affiliate marketing programs, discount code strategies, social commerce initiatives, and performance tracking
• Deep understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics, particularly on Instagram and TikTok
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
