Role Overview
Lead and scale influencer marketing initiatives within a fast-growing consumer brand operating across Europe. Own the entire creator partnership lifecycle, from talent sourcing and relationship building to campaign execution and performance analysis.
What You Will Do
Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, identify and recruit creators, develop campaign briefs, and monitor performance using key metrics.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field
- Previous experience in a high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or performance-focused consumer business environment
- Strong expertise in managing influencer campaigns from strategy and talent acquisition through reporting and optimization
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs, discount code strategies, social commerce initiatives, and performance tracking
- Deep understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics, particularly on Instagram and TikTok
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
